Fei Liang BL FCCA, the first Chinese-born barrister in Ireland, combines exceptional legal expertise with a profound understanding of finance. A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and practising barrister, Fei brings over 15 years of professional experience in Ireland — including more than 10 years in senior management roles — together with a strong record of legal advocacy and commercial insight. She is dedicated to delivering practical, strategically sound solutions for individuals and businesses.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law (华东政法大学)in Shanghai, Fei moved to Ireland in 2008 to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting at Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). She subsequently completed the Diploma in Legal Studies and the Barrister-at-Law Degree at the Honourable Society of King’s Inns, and was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2020.
